Primitive Folk Art Hilly Village Hand Painted Plate with Apple and Acorn Border

The hand painted original primitive style design on this wooden plate features a hilly village on an autumn night. Saltbox houses and a red barn dot the countryside. 

A scarecrow stands watch over the fields where sheep graze and black cats roam. Apple trees, corn shocks and bright orange pumpkins complete the scene. 

The border is decorated with red apples, autumn leaves and acorns.

The plate measures approximately 11 1/2 inches in diameter, is sealed with matte varnish and has been signed. 

PLEASE NOTE: Each plate is individually hand painted to order. The one you receive may vary slightly from the one pictured.
